One of the tricks we may try is
when we make tea use filtered water and a chamomile tea bag, then pour into an ice cube tray and freeze. The next morning, grab two of the cubes and gently massage your face, starting around the eye area (where the bags are), then smoothing over cheekbone, chin, and forehead. The cold factor combined with the flavonoids in the tea will help with any swelling or inflammation, leaving your skin looking tight and feeling nourished.
