only LOVE...

GOING FOR A WALK

I have to admit it, that in real life there is nothing that last forever...
That is also apply to my health and time that I used to have. And.. really, when we take a serious thought of it... there is NOTHING.. NOTHING last forever. In times there is so many things changed and kept on changing.

So i start going back to have my walk... just a walk.. :-)
Nice isn't it.

It's actually sound very simple but.. hey myself, i still have to make an effort just to do that. Yes.. the laziness..^_@)

And... whenever boredom sickness attacked me from nowhere that I know of..
Meaning that i didn't use my time effectively & smartly... so i need do some adjustment in my routine..:-)

Well its help me to relax and mellow down.. with just a walk.. appreciate the greens, the flowers, leaves and of course so much more of the green, there is chirping of birds, sound of insects.. water flow.. hmm i love the sound of water flow..

and off course with the background of human sounds... The most important thing is to see the nature that remind me of it as God wonderful creation..

and going down a little bit...

by just walking, looking at the surrounding makes us more relax..
Subhanallah, HE created all the beauties for us to enjoy and to appreciate..
How could we not make ourselves appreciate this life???.. thinking of times that u have spent, what u have lost..

By just being there with nature.. thinking of this creation of HIM made my heart beat stables and my nerve more relax too... 

Then suddenly when i look up again I noticed that d sun is about to set..
Time to go home... 

Alhamdulillah, this is a 2nd day.. after 1 month absent from my walking in a park session during Ramadhan..

While waiting..

While waiting for calls coming in..
There a lot of things to do, but.. still waiting for draft or this and that from another parties.

And that's why sometimes it's kind of bottle neck to reduce the task in my list "things to do". So let listen to this cat to sing a song..

PERSISTENCE

Persistence is the ability to maintain action regardless of your feelings. You press on, even when you feel like quitting. Don't quit yet. You are just alright.

When you work on any big goal, your motivation will wax and wane like waves hitting the shore. Sometimes you’ll feel motivated; sometimes you won’t.

But it’s not your motivation that will produce results — it’s your action. Persistence allows you to keep taking action even when you don’t feel motivated to do so, and therefore you keep accumulating results.

Persistence will ultimately provide its own motivation. If you simply keep taking action, you’ll eventually get results and results can be very motivating.

For example, you may become a lot more enthusiastic about dieting and exercising once you’ve lost those first 10 pounds and feel your clothes fitting more loosely.

Goal setting is an important exercise for everyone; without goals, we would just drift along.

Goal setting allows us to be proactive, instead of just being reactive.

We’ve all had days where we just seem to leap from one crisis to another, but we know that it’s not a preferred mode of operation!


It is important though to maintain a relationship with the self energetically.
How?
Listen.
Listen to the voice of your soul as you progress through the physical. It is through this exchange that the greatest growth is achieved.

Pray to Allah to give you the direction. Listen for the whisper in your inner deep of your heart.

In life, you must believed confidently so that the things you work out will be work out right. You cannot see the result before you start doing it. Just because you haven't see it, does not mean you cannot achieve it.

Set your goal.
Set a target benchmark
Short term
Long term
Re value your method
Re value the result
and re adjust your approach.
Pray to Allah
Believed
Surrender to HIM
And things will come in flow... insya Allah

BUSY DAY

Today is a very busy day but... I just go through it as it just any normal day. Just work it out after confirmation from the people... Don't want to get stress out for a whole day. Even worst for the whole of my life. Alhamdulillah.. so far so good. Still printing out notice for the  Corporation 1st AGM meeting scheduled on 16th Aug. It's almost Raya then. Hopefully everything is going to be good eventhough this is kind of adventure a bit for me..

Dear myself..
Work it out, do it right,
With that & doa hopefully God turn it in to be alright for me. InsyaAllah

"Nek, nek.. Mia nak tengok upin ipinlah.." katamu penuh manja dengan lirikan mata, gerakan kepala dan matamu yang meminta.


Seterusnya.


"Nek, nek su.. Mia nak tengok yang tu, Alif Ba Tha." katamu masih mahu meneruskan tanpa henti.


Dan lagi.


"Nek, nek, nek su... Mia nak tengok keretapi" katamu masih mahu meneruskan tanpa henti.




Selepas sudah penat mata, kau mula bermain di anak tangga. Naik ke atas dan kemudian turun meniti anak-anak tangga.




Mia, bila Mia dah balik, nek su rindu lagilah.








Beginilah aturan Ilahi, Damia Batrisya adalah anugerah kasih dan sayang di dunia untuk kurasakan kerana mereka yang sepatutnya di sini, yang dipanggil datuk dan nenek telah lama pergi. Aku di sini menikmati kasihnya anak kecil ini tanpa henti.
